The challenges between Rome and CSKA Moscow were difficult to manage under the public order. "A disciplinary procedure has been opened regarding the CSKA Moscow-Rome match, played on November 7 in Russia.
Imputations against CSKA Moscow;
– Stairs blocked – Art. 38 of the UEFA Safety and Security Regulations
– Launch of objects – Article 16 (2) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations (DR)
– Ignition of smoke and pyrotechnics – Article 16 (2) DR. The case will be debated on November 22 by the UEFA Ethics and Disciplinary Control Body ".
